Shipping Information:
Standard Shipping - Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS Ground. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days but some items can take 1-2 weeks. The product description will specify if a product falls into the 1-2 week range. Deliveries to the continental US are generally 5 to 7 business days.
Expedited Shipping - If you desire to have your purchases quickly please contact us immediately after ordering. Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and can not be expedited. We will then contact you with additional shipping costs will be prior to placing your order.
Free Shipping Offer - The products marked "Free shipping" in the description are for residents within the lower 48 states. Addtional shipping will apply for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
To Customers Outside the 48 United States - Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, Express or Priority Mail. You may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility.
Order fulfillment are the same as domestic but shipping times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping - We will process international orders however we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Please specify an alternative shipping address at time of checkout.
Shipping Rate - Shipping rates are based on the total purchase price in your shopping cart. This excludes any products with "Free Shipping" offers. Shipping is calculated by the remaining total of products in your cart minus items that ship free.

Return Policy:
If, within 30 days of receipt of your product, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused or defective merchandise for a prompt, no hasstles, refund or exchange less shipping. Please check the product description as a handful of items do not carry our standard return policy. Returns of any merchandise marked "shipping included" or "free shipping" are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A few products have restocking fees that will be noted in the product description. Returned merchandise MUST be unused and in the original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and verification of condition you will receive a prompt refund for the price of the merchandise and taxes less shipping charges or a replacement if you choose. Please read the item descriptions. A few items require a fee to exchange merchandise inforced by the manufacturer.
